هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ
It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds

إِن كَفَرْتُمْ يَوْمًا يَجْعَلُ ٱلْوِلْدَٰنَ شِيبًا
if you disbelieve, on a Day that will make the children grey-headed
—-> Science : Stress can cause hair to gray prematurely by affecting the stem cells that are responsible for regenerating hair pigment.

وَأَنْزَلْنَا الْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَافِعُ لِلنَّاسِ
We have sent down iron in which there is great might and diverse benefit for people
—-> Science : Iron is originally made from fusion of elements in stars.

وَالسَّمَاءَ بَنَيْنَاهَا بِأَيْدٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ
We build the universe with great might and we are certenly expanding it.
—-> Science: The universe is certainly expanding.

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
And We made from water every living thing. Will they not believe?
—-> Science: In some organisms, upto 90% of thier body weight comes from water, Up to 60% of the human adult body is water.

وَمَن يُرِدْ أَن يُضِلَّهُ يَجْعَلْ صَدْرَهُ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجًا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِي السَّمَاء
He makes thier chest tight , and constricted as if they were climbing up into the sky
—-> Science : The air at higher altitude is colder, less dense and contain fewer oxygen molecules. This means you would take more breaths in order to get the same amount of oxygen as you would at lower altitude. The higher the elevation, the more difficult breathing becomes.
